How to Display Only User Submitted Entries in Contact Form 7

CF7 Views allows you to limit the visibility of entries to those submitted by users who are logged in. This feature is compatible with Table, DataTable, and List views.

Here are the steps to display only entries submitted by logged-in users:

  1. First Edit your form and make sure it’s set to Subscriber-only mode. You can make your contact form subscribers only by adding “subscribers_only: true” in additional settings.
  2. Now go to CF7 Views Pro and select the view you want to restrict entries for.
  3. In the sidebar under View Settings, enable the ‘Display only Logged in User Entries’ option.


  4. Save your changes.

If a user submits a form as a guest (not logged in) and later logs in, they won’t see the entry submitted before they logged in. Only entries submitted while the user was logged in will be displayed.
