How to hide empty fields in CF7 Views

When using the List View format and encountering instances where your Contact Form 7 Entries contain numerous empty fields, you might prefer to display field values only when they are not empty. This is especially relevant when using conditional logic to show/hide Contact Form 7 fields, as many fields could remain empty upon submission.

To hide empty fields in your View, follow these steps:

  1. Edit the View associated with your WPForms.
  2. Under View Settings, locate the ‘Hide empty Fields’ checkbox.
  3. Check this checkbox to activate the setting.


This action will ensure that only non-empty field values are displayed in your View.
