CF7 Views offers a valuable feature that allows you to showcase only approved Contact Form 7 entries on the frontend. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the process of approving entries from the Contact Form 7 backend and configuring CF7 Views to exclusively display approved entries.
Please note that this feature is exclusively available in the Professional version of CF7 Views.
Here are the steps to approve entries from the Contact Form 7 Flamingo backend:
- Navigate to the Flamingo Entries List
- Go to Flamingo -> Inbound Messages and select the specific form for which you want to approve entries.

- View the Entry You Wish to Approve
- Click on the ‘View’ link associated with the entry you intend to approve.
- Approve the Entry
- Locate the ‘Approve Submission’ checkbox in the sidebar and check the checkbox.

- Edit Your View
- Access your View Settings and check the ‘Display only approved submissions’ checkbox.
